But currently INTEL is much efficient,cool,fast to use. But that doesnt mean you have to underestimate AMD. They also provide the good CPU's that you need but at really user friendly price but it consumes a lot of power and is not power efficient. The only way you can choose is which suits you best.
2.RAM: Iis not a big deal considering you bought a ddr3 ram with higher megahertz like 1333 mhz or 1866mhz. just buy 8 gigs of ram so you can be on a safe side.
3. Motherboard: Buy lga 1155 socket motherboard which is currently best. For choosing if you want only stock performance by h61 otherwise get a z68 or p67 motherboard for overclocking.
